TULSATO account deletion

Request account deletion

TULSATO is operated by DAMOCLES SERVICES SINGLE MEMBER P.C. (DAMOCLES SERVICES ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε.). This page explains how to request deletion of a TULSATO Professional account. You do not need the Android app, and you do not need an active mobile session.

Requesting deletion is not the same as completed deletion. After you sign in and confirm with your authenticator, you choose one of three outcomes. The one-year recovery period is only the deactivation option. It is not permanent deletion, and it is not applied unless you select it. Permanent deletion can start now, or at the end of a paid period you choose to keep. Eligible personal data is then erased without using that one-year wait, except where the Privacy Policy or Financial Terms require retention.

The button opens website sign-in. After authenticator confirmation on the signed-in deletion page, the request is recorded. Typing an email address on this page does not delete an account.

How to request deletion

  1. In the TULSATO Android app: Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. Choose deactivation, deletion at paid expiry, or permanent deletion now. Type the phrase shown for that choice and confirm with your authenticator.
  2. Without the app: use Request Account Deletion on this page, sign in on the website, then confirm on the signed-in deletion page. Authenticator verification is required there.
  3. If you cannot sign in from this browser, you can email yourself a verification link below. Opening that link proves control of the mailbox only. It does not delete the account, cancel a subscription, or disable access.
  4. If you have lost your authenticator, use password recovery and then set up a new authenticator before confirming. You can also write to privacy@tulsato.com for a manual identity review. An email address by itself is not enough to cancel billing or delete the account.

What a confirmed request does

  • Deactivate with one-year recovery. This is not permanent deletion. Future subscription renewal stops. If you still have a paid period, you can keep access until the paid-through date before deactivation begins. Recovery does not restart billing.
  • Permanently delete after paid expiry. Future renewal stops immediately. Already-paid access continues until the paid-through date, then the account closes and eligible personal data is erased. This path does not add the one-year recovery period. If there is no paid entitlement, permanent deletion proceeds directly.
  • Permanently delete now. Future renewal stops, remaining paid access ends, and eligible erasure starts without waiting for the subscription to expire. No automatic refund or payout is made.
  • You can recover the account only after the deactivation choice, during the one-year recovery period described in the Privacy Policy (version 2026.10.12) and Terms of Service. That accepted text is not changed by this page.
  • Active organization memberships for that Professional are suspended. The organization itself is not deleted.
  • Ordinary sign-in sessions for that account are ended.

What is deleted or anonymized

For deactivation, this happens at the end of the one-year recovery period. For permanent deletion, it happens at the chosen closure time: immediately, or when paid access ends. Unless a legal hold applies, TULSATO deletes or anonymizes the Professional’s eligible personal data. That includes the profile name, phone, date of birth, residence country, avatar, and Professional CV records. Personal CRM records are erased only when no other legitimate holder remains. The sign-in email is replaced and the account is banned. The authentication row can remain where a financial or legal record still has to point at it.

What may be retained, and why

The published Privacy Policy does not promise immediate erasure of every record. The minimum necessary information may be retained for legal obligations, accounting and tax obligations where applicable, fraud and security, disputes, legal claims, protection of other users and organizations, and protection of Damocles Services. Financial Terms also state that legal, accounting, fraud and audit records, including minimized identity and payout evidence tied to a financial record, may be retained after closure.

  • Wallet, earnings, deposits, withdrawals and invoices. These are not deleted merely because the Professional account is deleted. No numeric retention period beyond those legal, accounting, fraud, dispute and audit purposes is published. This request does not pay out, refund, or withdraw funds, and it does not bypass withdrawal approval.
  • Subscriptions. A confirmed choice cancels future recurring renewal at the payment provider. It does not cancel anything before authenticator confirmation, and it does not create a refund. Already-paid access continues only for deactivation or deletion at the paid-through date. Subscription billing records may remain with the financial records above.
  • Organization and other people’s records. Shared business records, other professionals, and the organization are not deleted with one Professional account. Customer records are not removed solely because their creator deletes this account.
  • Raw GPS. Detailed location history follows the separate retention setting in the Privacy Policy. The published default for that setting is 12 months. It is not the one-year account-recovery period. A device may also keep a short local cache, described in the Privacy Policy as about 30 days.
  • Identity-verification provider. The Privacy Policy states that Didit general verification-data retention is 24 months, and that this provider setting does not set the retention period for TULSATO’s own minimized verification records. Those TULSATO records are kept for as long as needed for verification, payout ownership, fraud prevention, security, disputes, audit, and legal or financial obligations.
  • Legal hold. A documented hold can defer deletion. Finalization is not claimed while a hold applies.

Read the Privacy Policy andFinancial Terms for the accepted wording. This page does not change those documents.

If you are the only organization administrator

The deletion request can still be submitted. It suspends your membership and does not delete the organization or other people’s records. It does not transfer administrator ownership. Closing the organization itself is a separate company-account process.

How you receive confirmation

  • The verification email, if you request one below, confirms only that a link was sent. It is not deletion confirmation.
  • After you sign in and confirm with your authenticator, the deletion page shows that the request was recorded, when it was requested, and when the recovery period ends.
  • If authenticator verification, a legal hold, or an unresolved financial obligation applies, the request is not treated as finished erasure. Access can still be disabled by a confirmed request, while retained records stay under the reasons above.

Email a verification link

Use this only if you need to prove control of the account email before you can sign in. The same response is shown whether or not that address has an account. The link expires in 60 minutes.
