A Professional / Salesman is a personal SALES identity for the person doing field work. It can use field-sales functionality and participate in Companies / Organizations while keeping personal identity separate from business membership.

A Company / Organization Account is the business login identity used to manage a Company / Organization through the Company Portal. Admin / Manager access for operational oversight is handled through the Management Web for authorized members.

Yes. A Professional / Salesman can participate in multiple Companies / Organizations and may hold different positions in each. Operational data remains scoped to that Company / Organization.

Depending on authorized use and organization settings, TULSATO can record customer and contact work, visits, communications, and route/field-activity context from authorized Android sessions.

No. Optional speed-based visualization may help read movement context. TULSATO does not claim automatic transport-mode classification, public-transport detection, or guaranteed transport identification.

When a visit is recorded, TULSATO can check whether same-day recorded activity stayed near a confirmed customer location for a configurable minimum duration. Results may be verified, not verified, or unavailable when data is insufficient.

Yes. Eligible Managers and Administrators can review organization-scoped activity, routes and customer work in the Management Web according to membership and position.

Yes. Authenticator-based multi-factor authentication is part of the current security model for account access.

The selectable product language for this release is English only. Greek, German, Italian and Spanish are planned for later. Existing non-English preferences are not migrated by this website release.

Location and route history support authorized field workflow and organization-scoped review under platform rules and organization settings. See the Privacy Policy for website and processing notices.

Professionals / Salesmen can request account deletion in the TULSATO Android app under Settings, Account, Delete Account, or on the public page at /delete-account/. Signing in and confirming with an authenticator at /account/delete/ records one of three choices: deactivation with a 1-year recovery window, deletion after the paid-through date, or permanent deletion now. No new legal document has to be accepted first. Password recovery (/account/recovery/) is separate from deletion recovery (/account/recover/).
