Field work

Day & activity workflow

Start and stop authorized tracking sessions on Android. Keep the shape of the working day attached to real field activity.

Customer work in the field

Work with customer and contact records during the day, including offline-oriented capture when connectivity is limited.

Route & movement context

Review continuous route visualization. Genuine GPS gaps remain unknown - the product does not invent missing segments.

Customers & CRM

Customers and contacts

Maintain customer records, contacts and locations in one place for the field team and for management review.

Customer activity history

Visits and communications stay attached to the customer so teams can see what happened and when.

Visits

Visit records

Log visits against the right customer so reported activity stays part of the operational history.

Location-backed visit checks

When a visit is recorded, TULSATO can check same-day recorded activity near a confirmed customer location for a configurable minimum stay. Results may be verified, not verified, or unavailable.

Communications

Communication records

Record notes and communications against the customer so follow-ups stay with the relationship - not only in private inboxes.

Routes & activity history

Route history

Managers and eligible Administrators can review team-scoped routes and field sessions in the Management Web.

Optional speed visualization

Speed bands can help interpret movement context visually. They are presentation aids - not automatic car/train/walk classification.

Company oversight

Management Web

Eligible Managers and Administrators use the browser-based Management Web with their Personal Account credentials when they hold the relevant position. Salespersons do not receive Management Web access by default.

Organization-scoped access

Visibility follows Company / Organization membership and position. A Professional / Salesman may participate in more than one Company / Organization with different positions.

Reporting

Activity summaries

Turn daily field activity into clearer management views - sessions, routes and team summaries that support decisions.

Visit & communication views

Review visit outcomes and communication history in context of the customer and the working day.

Device reliability

Device authorization

GPS tracking sessions require an authorized Android device for the Professional / Salesman, tying tracking to an approved installation.

Device health signals

Operational signals such as heartbeat and device status help support reliability - framed as operational health, not surveillance.

Security & accounts

Personal Account foundation

Professionals / Salesmen sign in with Personal Account credentials. Positions such as Salesperson, Manager and Administrator are organization roles - not separate account products.

Security-conscious accounts

Email verification, authenticator-based MFA, organization-scoped access and Company / Organization Account governance are part of the current account model.
