Wallet funding of Service Balance and Professional earnings payout are not yet enabled. Where TULSATO plan billing is configured, it may be processed by a payment service provider. That billing rail does not add funds to Service Balance or pay out earnings. Once earnings payout is enabled, withdrawals will be processed through supported payment/payout service providers. TULSATO is not a bank or electronic money institution.

Most core TULSATO functionality is included in your selected plan. The following charges apply only when you explicitly use the corresponding additional service.
Customer Share
Charged only when an eligible Customer is intentionally shared through the paid Customer Share function.

- The charge applies only when the paid Customer Share action is explicitly initiated.
- Routine CRM use does not trigger this charge.
- Routine operational access and normal sharing within an existing working relationship remain free.
- The action must be initiated by an authorized user.
- In Personal CRM, the Professional may initiate the share.
- In an Organization with a sole contributor, the permitted contributor may initiate it.
- Where multiple contributors are involved, the paid Customer Share action is restricted to an Organization Admin.
- Salespersons and Managers cannot initiate this paid Customer Share where multiple contributors are involved.
- The $0.05 charge applies to the Customer/company record.
- Contacts are not included in Customer Share.
- Customer Share does not transfer commercial ownership or commercial responsibility.
